We collect information you provide (name, email, phone, zip code, generator profile, sizing tool inputs, communications, photos) and information collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited, SMS opt-in/out status). Payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.
To provide and activate your subscription, deliver AI Support and Video Checks, send transactional SMS and email, send service-related notifications if you opt in, improve our AI system, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
By providing your phone number and subscribing, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your account. Standard message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any SMS from MyGens. We do not use your phone number for marketing SMS without your explicit consent.
We share your information only with Stripe (payment processing), service providers acting under data processing agreements, and as required by law. Lead program participants (zip code + kW range only) are informed at data collection.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, opt out of marketing communications, and port your data. Contact privacy@mygens.app. We will respond within 30 days.
We use HTTPS encryption and industry-standard access controls. Account data is retained while active plus up to 3 years after cancellation. Sizing tool inputs without an account are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.
